We ask for payment at the time of service, unless you have made other arrangements in advance. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, CareCredit, American Express, and Apple Pay).
We will always give you details about the costs of your treatment and your estimated insurance benefits before any treatment is rendered. We will also always give you any reasonable options for alternative treatments and help you plan treatment that is within your budget.
We will help you with your dental insurance. We still ask that you pay for your services, and then we will file for your benefits and you will be reimbursed by your insurance.
We’re in-network with Delta, Geha (the federal employee plan), CareFirst, Aetna, Principal, and Ameritas. But we will help you with your dental benefits no matter what your insurance plan.
