Dental ImplantsMissing, or broken teeth? Looking to replace a removable denture with a more permanent solution? Dental implants can help you eat, smile and live with confidence. |

|
It can be very difficult to match an implant to surrounding natural teeth. Dr. Esposito placed one implant on this patient, can you guess which one? |
|
New markings on the silver implant healing caps (above left) have revolutionized fabricating your new crown. We can take a simple impression without any anesthesia and a robot at the laboratory designs the rest. |

Smile Design
|

Smile DesignMost cosmetic cases begin with models and photos of your teeth. This allows us to design your new smile to fit your face and lips, and to ensure they will be beautiful and naturally proportioned for you. Here’s an example:

Functional CosmeticsOften our cosmetic patients have had fillings done, and repeatedly redone, over the years. Not only do this patient’s new crowns look better, but, more importantly, they are stronger, and more durable. |
Conservative VeneersThis patient had an old bonding between her front two teeth that she wanted replaced with two veneers. She wanted a conservative restoration — minimizing the removal of healthy tooth and closely matching the surrounding teeth. We accomplished this using a cement restoration. |
DiscolorationThis patient had discolored teeth from an accident, which we were able to correct with crowns |

Resin Bonded RetainerA young patient was congenitally missing her lateral incisors. When she came to us she wore a visible retainer that help two artificial incisors in place. She was not quite old enough for implant surgery so we placed two “Maryland Bridges” so she no longer had to wear a visible retainer. |
